HDACs expression level in the F1 ovarian tissue after exposure to the fennel and flaxseed extracts. The expression level of HDAC1 decreased significantly in the ovaries of fennel and also flax + fennel-treated mice compared with the control group. Based on the HDAC2 expression level, a marked reduction was observed in the fennel-exposed mice, while in the concomitantly-exposed mice, a sharp raise was observed.
