AGS inhibits the cells proliferation of colorectal cancer. HCT-116 and SW620 cell lines were treated with different concentrations of PEAGS, EAAGS, NBAGS (0, 4.1, 12.3, 37.0, 111.1, 333.3, 1000 µg/mL) for 48 h, respectively, and the viability of (a) HCT-116 cells, (b) SW620 cells were determined by MTT assay. All the experiments were performed in triplicate and data were expressed as mean ± SEM; significance: * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01 vs. control
