Effects of TJ-41 and tail-suspension on the gastrocnemius muscles. Phosphorylation of Akt, mTOR and AMPK in gastrocnemius muscles collected from control and TJ-41-administered mice. Mice were administered water (vehicle), a low-dose of TJ-41 (0.3 g/kgBW), or a high-dose of TJ-41 (1.0 g/kgBW) by gavage daily for 21 days (n = 4 in each group, total number is 12). Two samples from each treatment group were run and presented. These images were cropped from the original gels and blots. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01
