Effects of WEAOR treatment on UVB-mediated epidermal thickening and subcutaneous fat content. Administration of WEAOR inhibited UVB-induced epidermal thickening and restored UVB-induced reduction of lipid droplets in the dermis. Skin tissues from each mouse group were stained with hematoxylin& eosin (H&E) solution (A), and the epidermal thickening (B) and the number of lipid droplets (C) were estimated using ImageJ (n = 5).
