(A) The images of immunohistochemical analysis for the anti-Ki67 of colonic sections from healthy (Cont.) and DSS-exposed mice treated with or without PD (150 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg). Images were taken at 20X magnification (scale bar: 50 μm, shown in the upper right) and 40X magnification (scale bar: 20 μm). (B) Ki67 positive intestinal epithelial cells were counted in three random areas.
