Evaluation of the effects of essential oil on the Bax and Bcl2 expression level using qRT-PCR. MCF-7 cells were cultured and treated with essential oil (0.625 mg/ml) and Bax and Bcl2 were examined in MCF-7 cells after 24 h of essential oil treatment.
