The effect of diosmin on the activities of malonaldehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) was measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer. D-F. The effect of diosmin on the activities of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and IL-6 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results were expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (SD) of three independent experiments. Compared with the control group, * p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01.
