Relative levels of hormone receptors transcripts after treatment with the chloroform extract of Arrabidaea chica (CEAC) and Tamoxifen (Tam). Gene expression levels were recorded without treatment in MCF 10A, T-47D, MCF-7 and MDA-MB231 cell lines (A, B, C). T-47D (D, E, F) and MCF-7 (G, H, I) cell lines were treated with 1000 μg /mL of CEAC, Tam (1 μM) and CEAC + Tam (1000 μg /mL, and 1 μM, respectively) for 48 h.
