The protective effect of sino in ALI. After 12 h of LPS treatment in mice, sin, Dex, and sino were given for 12 h, pathological changes of lung tissue (a) were observed (200 ×), then LI (b) was calculated, moreover, the contents of MPO (c), NO (d), IL-6 (e) and TNF-α (f) in lung homogenate (n = 7 in each group) and the contents of IL-6 (g) and TNF-α (h) in BALF (n = 6 in each group) were determined according to the kits.
