Changes in systolic blood pressure (SBP) of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) after a single oral administration of HDR-2. Single oral administrations were performed at a dosage of 150 mg HDR-2/kg body weight, 300 mg HDR-2/kg body weight and 10 mg mixture of _L-arginine and GABA/kg body weight.
