The effects of the three ingredients on the migration of APP-NSCs. APP-NSCs were cultured in differentiation medium, and exposed to DISS (60 μM), OB (10 μM), and TEN (60 μM) for 7 days, respectively. The neurospheres images were captured and the migration distance of neural cells from the edge of the neurospheres were measured using by Image J software.
