Effects of selective B. frutescens extracts on 3-Dimensional cell viability. Cytotoxicity was determined using cell viability assay and the IC50 value calculated using 3D culture system. MCF-7 cells were either untreated or treated with hexane, B70 or etoposide for 72 hours at indicated concentrations (A). Etoposide served as positive control and DMSO was used as vehicle control.
