The pharmacokinetic assessment of the UMB using in silico approaches. The Swiss target prediction online software was used to assess the pharmacokinetic parameters of the UMB. The various properties that were taken into consideration include physicochemical properties, liophilicity, water-solubility, pharmacokinetics, drug-likeness and medicinal chemistry aspects.
