Cryptolepine differentially regulates signal transduction pathways in HepG2 cells. The cells were reversed transfected at 8 × 10⁴ cells per well in the 96-well Cignal Finder 45-Pathway Reporter Array Plate. At 24 h post-transfection, the cells were treated with a fresh medium containing 5 μM cryptolepine for 24 h. Expression of the transcription factors was measured using the dual luciferase reporter gene assay and expressed in Log₂ of fold change.
