The combined effects of TQ, PI3K, and Wnt3a were evaluated on the viability of the MDA-MB-231 CSCs using MTT (a-b). Data showed that the combination of PI3K and Wnt3a inhibitors with TQ at a higher dose (30 μM) could significantly diminish CSCs viability as compared to the control group.
