Cytoplasmic cell fractions were extracted and performed to SDS-PAGE/immunoblotting with anti-MDR1, anti-BCRP, anti-MRP1, anti-LRP1, anti-Bcl-2, anti-Bcl-xL, and anti-Survivin antibodies.
