Effects of soyasaponins on inflammatory markers in serum of LPS-challenged ICR mice. The serum levels of TNFα, IL-6, PGE2 and NO were determined by commercial ELISA kits in LPS-induced inflammatory mice after intervention by aspirin or soyasaponins (A1, A2 or I). Results reported are Means ± SD of samples from 9 mice in each group (n = 9). Data were statistically analyzed by using one-way ANOVA of SPSS software. *: p < 0.05 v.s. control, #: p < 0.05 v.s. LPS alone
