Effect of cell viability of CUR, DMC, and BDMC in HOS, U2OS, MDA-MB-231, and A2058 cancer cells. The cells were treated with 5–25 μΜ CUR, DMC and BDMC for (a) 24 and (b) 48 h, and cell viability was measured by the MTT assay. The percentage of cell viability was calculated as the ratio: 100% x (A540 absorbance of the drug-treated wells / (A540 absorbance of the no drug-treated wells). * Indicates the values are significantly different than the control (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001)
