Effects of FPNP on H2O2-induced changes in cellular antioxidant enzymes CAT (a), SOD (b) and GSH-Px (c) in HDF cells. The mRNA expression of H2O2-induced oxidative stress metabolism-related genes includes CAT (d), SOD (e) and GSH-Px (f) in HDF cells pretreated with different concentrations of FPNP. Each mRNA is normalized to ribosomal protein GAPDH and expressed relative to the control level. All data is shown as the mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments. Number signs indicate a highly significant difference from the control cells. ##: p< 0.01; ###: p< 0.001. Asterisks indicate a highly significant difference from the H2O2-treated cells. *: p< 0.05, **: p< 0.01
