Norwogonin suppressed hypoxia-induced oxidant stress in PC12 cells. Cells were incubated with norwogonin for 1 h and then exposed to hypoxia for 24 h. After the treatment, ROS level (a) in cell was measured using DCF fluorescence assay, MDA content (b), SOD (c), CAT (d) and GPx (e) activities were analyzed by commercial assay kit. Results are expressed as means ± SD, n = 3. ##P < 0.01 vs control group, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs hypoxia group
