Cytotoxicity of palmitate and AE subfractions. SK-N-MC cells were incubated for 24 h with or without different concentrations of palmitate. The cell viability was analyzed with MTT and calculated as a percentage compared with that of the control group. 50 μM of palmitate was determined to be used in the following experiment, treated with different concentrations of F1 and F2.
