Percentage mean change of significant biomarkers from baseline to 3rd-month and 6th-month follow-ups. After 6 months of intervention, percentage mean change of triglycerides was decreased by 19.05% in the Biokesum® group, but increased by 10.17% in the placebo group. Percentage mean change of BDNF was increased by 2.03% in the Biokesum® group but decreased by 19.19% in the placebo group (Two-way mixed ANOVA, p < 0.05)
