From: Indirubin inhibits Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway via promoter demethylation of WIF-1

Fig. 3

Indirubin inhibits the proliferation and cell cycling of HaCaT cells and induces the apoptosis of HaCaT. (a and b): The effects of different concentrations (0.04 μM, 0.2 μM, and 1 μM) of indirubin on the cell cycle of HaCaT cells. Indirubin significantly led to the G0 / G1 phase arrest and decreased the proportion of cells in the S phase when the concentration of indirubin was 0.04 μM. (c): The proliferation of HaCaT cells was suppressed after treatment with different concentrations (0.04 μM, 0.2 μM, and 1 μM) of indirubin in a concentration-dependent manner. (d and e): Different concentrations (0.04 μM, 0.2 μM, and 1 μM) of indirubin induced the apoptosis of HaCaT cells in a concentration-dependent manner. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001. (N = 3)
