ATEO stimulates transcriptional activities of CRE and PGC-1α in C6 cells. Cultured C6 cells were transfected with pCRE-Luc a or pPGC-1α-Luc b and subsequently treated with ATEO (1.5, 5, 15 μg/mL) for 24 h. Cells were collected to determine the luciferase activity.
