Lowercase letters compare means of WEO with SEO, uppercase letters compare means of sample with the standard antibiotic. Selectivity index was calculated as the ratio of the IC₅₀ values on V79 cells to those in the tested cancer cell lines. SI > 3 indicates a promising activity
