From: Inhibitory effect of novel Eugenol Tosylate Congeners on pathogenicity of Candida albicans
AlamarBlue-based polystyrene adhesion assay was used to evaluate the effect of test compounds on C. albicans adherence. Control C. albicans SC5314, fluconazole susceptible C. albicans 4175 and fluconazole resistant C. albicans 5112 strains were exposed to 0.25 × MIC, 0.5 × MIC and 1 × MIC values of test compounds for 3 h at 37 °C.
