R. acetosa extract attenuated the phosphorylation of MAPK, PI3K/Akt, and Src family kinase. After the platelet aggregation reaction, platelet proteins were then extracted and specific antibodies were used to measure the levels of total and phosphorylated ERK, JNK, MKK4, PI3K/Akt, and Src family kinase.
