Inhibition of TGF-β-induced EMT and colleage accmulation by BYHWT in A549 cells. (a-d) A549 cells were incubated with TGF-β1 (10 ng/ml) in the absence or presence of indicated concentrations of BYHWT. Twenty-four hours later, the changes of mRNA of EMT markers (E-cadherin, Vimentin) and Col I were analyzed by RT-qPCR, while 72 h later, the changes of mRNA of EMT markers (E-cadherin, Vimentin) and Col I were analyzed by western blot.
