Effects of ALM16 on the changes of paw withdrawal thresholds in MIA-induced OA rats. The mechanical stimulus threshold of the hind paw was measured by von Frey filaments after injection of MIA in rats. The results are expressed as the mean ± S.E.M (n = 6). Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA Tukey’s test to compare all of the tested groups. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 compared with the MIA-injected control group
