Time schedule of the experiment. Chronic restraint stress and AVE administration were applied on day 1 and lasted for 23 days. 5% minoxidil was applied on day 9 of the experiment (day 1 after depilation) and lasted for 16 days. The depilation of all mice was on day 8 of the experiment to induce anagen (The day on depilation did not apply restraint stress or drug). Behavioral test (OFT) was exmained on day 25 and tissue harvesting was collected on day 26 of the experiment
