Effect of curcumin on mRNA expressions of TAK1, JNK and p38 in PF rats. qRT PCR showed that after induction of PF, the mRNA levels of TAK1 (a), JNK (b) and p38 (c) were significantly increased. Curcumin markedly reduced mRNA levels of TAK1, JNK and p38 at all doses in PF rats. ANOVA was performed and followed with Tukey’s post hoc test. ***P < 0.001 vs. control group; #P < 0.05, ###P < 0.001 vs. PF group
