HUVECs treated with LA (15 μM) for 20 min and co-incubated with or without L-NAME (25 μM) for 24 h, after which total lysates of cells were obtained by RIPA buffer containing protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitors. a LA treatment of phospho-eNOS and total eNOS, and (b) LA treatment of phospho-Akt and total Akt from HUVECs stimulated with LA.
