The anti-aging activity of CJFE on human living skin explants exposed to pollutants. CJFE exhibited a protective effect on pyknotic nuclei condensed by pollutants as a result of morphological analysis (a). The expression of MMP-1 increased by pollutants was markedly decreased by treatment with CJFE (b), increase of Collagen I (c) and decrease in the level of MDA compared to the control (d).
