Increase of IL-12 P40, IL-6, and decrease of IL-10 cytokines release by tumor lysate-loaded dendritic cells. ELISA was used to quantify the cytokines concentrations in the supernatants of unloaded DCs, a HCT116-TLY-pulsed DCs, b MCF-7-TLY-pulsed DCs and LPS-only-stimulated DCs. Each point represents the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments comprising three different healthy donors. The data were statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s test *P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01, *** P < 0.001.
