Phosphorylation of T286 of cyclin D1 by TY-NS-B. HCT116 and SW480 cells were plated overnight and then treated with TY-NS-B (50 μg/ml) at the indicated times. Cell lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and the Western blot was performed using antibody against p-cyclin D1 (T286) and cyclin D1. Actin was used as internal control for Western blot analysis. Relative density for Western blot was measured using the software Un-SCAN-IT gel Version 5.1 (Silk Scientific, Inc).
