Effects of kaempferol on the number of MDSCs in epididymal adipose tissue of mice. Kaempferol (1 or 10 mg/kg, twice weekly) or vehicle was intraperitoneally injected to lean C57BL/6 mice for two months. The vascular stromal fraction was stained, and subsequently subjected to FACS analysis. Representative FACS images of CD11b+ cells in triplicates are shown. Proportion of CD11b+, Gr-1+ MDSCs in all CD11b+ cells and doses of kaempferol are also described
