The effects of 4AAQB on LPS-induced nitric oxide production and iNOS expression in RAW264.7 macrophages. a The cells were treated with LPS (100 ng/ml) only or with various concentrations of 4AAQB and the nitric oxide production was measured after 24 h. Control (CTL) values were obtained in the absence of LPS. Data were obtained from three independent experiments and expressed as means ± S.E.M. *p < 0.05 compared with the LPS-activated only group. b RAW264.7 cells were treated with various concentration of 4AAQB and stimulated with LPS (100 ng/ml). Cells were harvested and iNOS was detected. Each experiment has been performed three times
