AA induced a decrease in the number and size of spheroids in PANC-1 cells. The same number of cells were seeded onto Nunclon™ Sphera plates. Next day, media was replaced with fresh media containing either 3 μl of DMSO or 3 μl of AA stock solution in 10 ml media to make the final concentration of AA at 30 nM. Every other day, half of the media was replaced with fresh media containing respective reagent. 7 days after the initial treatment, photos were taken from two independent assays
