Effect of PF-GPD on LPS-stimulated iNOS (a) and COX-2 (b) mRNA in RAW 264.7 cells. Cells pretreated with indicated concentrations of PF-GPD or dexamethasone (0.5 μg/mL) or indomethacin (2.5 μg/mL) for 6 h were stimulated without or with 1 μg/mL of LPS for 18 h. The mRNA of iNOS, COX-2 and GAPDH were detected by real time PCR using corresponding primers. ##P < 0.01 compared with untreated group; *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 compared with the LPS group
