Phoyunnanin E decreases cell migration through integrin downregulation. Cells treated with phoyunnanin E were subjected to western blotting after 48 h, and the expression levels of integrins αv, α5, and β3; phosphorylated Akt (S 473); total Akt, phosphorylated FAK (Y 397); and total FAK were determined. To confirm equal loading of the samples, the blots were reprobed with a GAPDH antibody (a, c and e). The immunoblot signals were quantified by densitometry (b, d and f). The data are shown as mean ± SD (n = 3). *P < 0.05 versus non-treated control
