Relative mRNA expression in mouse liver. mRNA expression was analyzed by two-step real-time RT-PCR using primers that are specific to mouse genes. All data were normalized to geometric mean of housekeeping genes including L7a, Tbp, 36B4, Actb, HPRT and GAPDH. BLI imaging at the beginning of EGb treatments was used to determine tumor development and to group animals into Tumor (animals with tumor development) and Normal (animals without detectable tumors).
