Antiproliferative effects and morphological changes of human cancer cells treated with ETBO. Antiproliferative activity of ETBO was measured in four different cancer cell lines treated with its different concentrations (0 - 50 μg/mL) for 24 h (a) and treated with 12.5 μg/mL of ETBO for 72 h (b). Morphological changes were observed in the cancer cells treated with or without different concentrations (12.5 and 25 μg/mL) of ETBO for 72 h (c). The cell viability was assessed by MTT assay. The results are shown as the means ± SD, n = 3. *p < 0.01, **p < 0.001 between the control and ETBO-treated group.
