Osteoblasts migration assay. The migration of osteoblasts was measured with wound scratch assay. Osteoblasts were treated with KFX (0.1, 1 and 2 mg/mL), or PC substance (0.1 and 1 mg/mL). Significant migration was observed in cells treated with KFX (0.1, 1 and 2 mg/mL) compared with the blank control group. The quantitative evaluation and statistical analysis of wound closure percentage in wound scratch assay measured by Image J software. Results are expressed as means ± SD of three experiments (*P < 0.05, versus blank control)
