The relative cell viabilities were determined after 48 h compared with vehicle treated cells. b Human hepatic cell line, HepaRG, was treated with serially diluted EPR for 24 h. Cell viability, intracellular GSH content, caspase 3/7 activity and LDH release were quantified as described earlier after 24 h drug treatment.
