Phase contrast micrographs of RS1S CHCL3 extract-induced changes in cellular morphology. NT2 cells were incubated overnight in 24-well plates in DMEM/F12 medium, and then RS1S CHCL3 extract was added to the medium. After 48 h of treatment, the cells detached from the plates, and the cell shape changed from flat to round in a dose–dependent manner. a Vehicle control, b–h increasing concentrations of the extract were added to the cultures for 48 h.
