Cell viabilities in cells treated with 5.5 mmol/L glucose, 33 mmol/L glucose or 33 mmol/L glucose in combination with different concentrations of APS (0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6 and 3.2 mg/mL) for 24 h. MTT assay was used to measure cell viability. Data were expressed as Mean ± SD. ** P < 0.01 versus control. # P < 0.05 versus 33 mmol/L glucose group. ## P < 0.01 versus 33 mmol/L glucose group
