DPBS-washed erythrocytes (3 × 106 cells per well) were incubated in 96-well plate with the total plant extracts at different concentrations (ranging from 3.6 to 100 μg/mL) at 37 °C for 30 min. The hemoglobin released from lysed erythrocytes was measured using micro-plate reader at 405 nm.
