  1. Similar to the results in the male group, in the female group, there was no significant change in the mean frequency of the slow alpha waves. Unlike in the male group, however, the mean power tended to increase at all the analyzed channels, and significant changes were observed at three channels: Fcz (F = 4.41, p = 0.046), and Pz (F = 4.52, p = 0.043)
