ViscumTT alters the expression of genes involved in MAPK signalling. TC-71 cells were incubated for 24 h with viscumTT, viscum or TT in ~ IC50 concentrations. The changes in JUN, DDIT3 and MAP2K6 expression detected using mRNA sequencing were validated using qPCR.
