  1. HFF-induced obese C57BL/6J mice were treated with UP601 at oral doses of 300, 450 and 600 mg/kg for 7-weeks. Orlistat (ORI) at 40 mg/kg was used as a reference compound. Tissue collections were carried out at necropsy.
